Noel is 12 years old and a pupil of Tegbi E.P. Basic school,he is in class 4.
Noel and the sister Akos are siblings and being supported by FAF.
Their father is dead and efforts to get intoch with their mother who is believe to live in Abidjan proved futile,they both live with their aunty at Tegbi,who does her best to provide their food,but there seems to be no chance for these two children to go to school,thankfully FAF has made this possible for both.
